Brian Connor
Brian (left) is a seasoned brand strategist and marketing consultant with over a decade of experience leading digital growth and brand development in the luxury wine and lifestyle industries.
Prior to founding Connor Strategy Group, Brian held senior roles at Jackson Family Wines, where he led brand strategy, website development, and email marketing for a portfolio of high-end wine brands, including Kendall-Jackson, Copain, and Freemark Abbey.
With deep expertise in DTC marketing, Salesforce implementation, and integrated brand planning, Brian blends creative thinking with operational precision. He’s known for building strategies that drive measurable growth, from rebranding efforts and packaging design to customer retention campaigns and cross-functional alignment.

Charlie
Charlie brings endless tail wags, emotional support, and pure joy to Connor Strategy Group. A distinguished mix of breeds, Charlie was hired on April 10, 2019, and quickly rose through the ranks thanks to his warm demeanor, sharp instincts for nap optimization, and unshakable loyalty.
Based in Northern California, Charlie is often found napping under the desk, greeting clients, or providing strategic morale boosts during long client calls. When he’s not hard at work keeping the energy just right, he enjoys park runs, brewery patios, and quality time with his humans.
